born in 1998 in Blankenburg (Harz) as the youngest of eight children, received his first horn lessons at the age of 7 from his father. From the age of 10 until his high school graduation, he attended the Music Gymnasium Schloss Belvedere in Weimar, where he was taught by Robinson Wappler. Throughout his school years, he participated in numerous “Jugend musiziert” competitions, both as a soloist and in ensembles. He gained his first orchestral experience in various youth orchestras, such as the Junge Sinfonie Berlin and the Jugend Sinfonieorchester Berlin. Shortly after beginning his studies at the Berlin University of the Arts with Prof. Christian-Friedrich Dallmann, he became a scholarship holder at “Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now” and the Kammerakademie Potsdam in 2018, where he has been the principal horn since 2020. As part of the Kammerakademie Potsdam, he engaged intensively with the natural horn in the orchestra, recently recording all Beethoven symphonies with historical brass instruments. As a soloist, Aaron has performed multiple times with the Concerto Brandenburg, also on the natural horn. Aaron has also had the opportunity to gain experience as a principal horn in various orchestras, including the Komische Oper Berlin, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, and the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. Aaron participated in the CORNO festival as a participant in 2018 and 2019.
