Pianist, composer, arranger, music producer. Habilitated doctor, professor at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, dean of the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music.
He has collaborated with artists such as: Nigel Kennedy, Eric Marienthal, Dean Brown, Michael “Patches” Stewart, Michał Urbaniak, Jarosław Śmietana, Anna Maria Jopek, Edyta Górniak, Urszula Dudziak, Kuba Badach, Mieczysław Szcześniak, Grażyna Auguścik, Adam Bałdych and many others. He is one of the arrangers of the album “Czułe Struny” by Natalia Kukulska, which won a platinum record in 2021. He has recorded over 40 studio albums as a session musician.
In May 2023, his album entitled “Coincidence” was released, recorded with the Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra as a result of the artist’s cooperation with the Philharmonic as a resident artist. The soloists performing on the recording included Mark Lettieri, Bernard Maseli, Wojciech Myrczek, Jerzy Małek, Marek Podkowa, Andrzej Święs and Marcin Jahr.

He is the winner of the Grand Prix and individual awards of all the most important jazz competitions in Poland (including Bielska Zadymka Jazzowa, Jazz Juniors, Jazz Nad Odrą). He has performed on stages all over the world with Polish and international stars of broadly understood jazz and entertainment music. Awarded the Golden Laurel of Skills and Competence in the “Culture” field in 2015. Resident artist of the Philharmonic. Mieczysław Karłowicz in Szczecin in the artistic season 2021/2022.
His piano playing and work are characterized by combining different styles and musical traditions. He has participated in numerous television, film and radio recordings as a conductor, music director, arranger and pianist (including 1920. Wdzięczni Bohaterom, Festival of Polish Song in Opole, Solidarity Of Arts in Gdańsk, Festival Pamięci Andrzeja Zaucha “Serca Bicie” in Bydgoszcz, Silesian Jazz Festival).
He is the founder of the first electronic keyboard instrument class in Poland at the Academy of Music in Katowice.
He has lectured at the International Jazz Workshops in Puławy, Chodzież, Szczecin, Nysa, Hobart, Brisbane, Saint Petersburg and Arkhangelsk.
